ikeum technologies based out in nj, usa is looking for a senior technical recruiter who can lead and help to grow our staff augmentation business, exceptional telephone etiquette.
the technical recruiter will work with business development and sales team in usa to ensure all consulting resource needs are met, and will be responsible for the entire recruitment life cycle process from recruiting and placement to retention and account management.any experience in staff augmenting for data warehouse/business intelligence technology is preferred
expertise with intrenet and job board sourcing methods
experience with cold calilng, netwroking, and prospceting
msut be very profciient usnig word, outolok, internet and job borads
