1) 1) handle the front office and general office admin work.
5) handling inbound & outbound calls , monitoring daily attendance system. assisting in banking operations, helping in preparation of human resource policy of the comapny
4) coordinating in recruitments of executive staff and other recruitment required for the company, and impleemnting the ruels and regultaions of the company, handling appointments.
2) telephone calls handling, computer typing, maintaining records, good english vocabulary, sending mails, office co-ordination, courier/ postage records.
3) responsible for dispatching courier mails and keeping a record of them.
