qualification: graduation in hr
experienced: mini 6 month with knowledge of recruitment process.
job responsibilities:
recruitment & payment tracking
monitoring and maintaining reprots
maintenance of personnel records/correspondences viz. transfers & leaves records etc, salaries, appointments, increments, confirmations.
monitoring and maintaining profiles and track sheet for every field and also building a pipleine for fuutre requirements.
prepraation of mis reports and imprvoing the datbaase.
to take care intrenal administrative work.appointment orders and follow up till joining,
issue of offer letters.
coordinating with candidates after the selection process.
fixing up appointments with the clients and scheduling the interviews for the candidates
maintaining and updating the database of resumes of prospective employees.through personal networks, short listing and qualifying the candidates for non technical interview
taking requirements from various clients
sourcing candidates,
screening resumes, employee referral and web recruitment.appointments, confirmations, salaries, increments, transfers & leaves records etc.
