1) handle the front office and general office admin work.sending mails, computer typing,
2) telephone calls handling, office co-ordination, maintaining records, good english vocabulary, courier/ postage records.
3) responsible for dispatching courier mails and keeping a record of them.
5) handling inbound & outbound calls , moniotring daliy attednance system. handling appointments, and implementing the rules and regulations of the company, assisting in banking operations, helping in preparation of human resource policy of the company
4) coordinating in recruitments of executive staff and other recruitment required for the company.
