Our client is in the business of manufacturing and distribution of Single Super Phosphate (SSP) fertilizer and they are one of the leading manufacturers of this fertilizer having our units at MP, Rajasthan and Maharastra. Our client need Marketing Head for selling and distribution of our fertilizers which primarily consists of SSP. In addition, they are also in the business of manufacturing and distribution of fertilized called as “NPK” – mixed fertilizer. This mixed fertilizer is basically a combination of various fertilizers blended together and marketed in our own brand.



The suitable candidate should be in mid-40s and had worked with leading fertilizer companies at senior level and able to control marketing team which comprises of about 15-20 persons located in various parts of Maharashtra. He is also required to have close liaison with Govt. officials namely Director-Agriculture, various agriculture officials, officials of FAI as also Dist. Quality Control officials and various fertilizer testing laboratory as also able to liaise with top Govt. officials at Mantralaya in the level of Principal Secretary, Commissioner-Agriculture etc.



Knowledge of Fertilizer Marketing System (FMS) is extremely essential.



He must proficient in the language of Marathi as our major dealers, consumers and Govt. officials in Maharashtra are Marathi speaking.



Compensate will be about Rs. 7.00-8.00 lac p.a. and he will be stationed in our factory at Loni-Kalbhor on the outskirts of Pune city.



He is also required to travel extensively within the state of Maharashtra and occasionally in neighbouring states like Andhra and Karnataka where we do market our products.
