The layout will be formed with 40 ft wide main road & 30ft, cross roads, underground water supplying lines, sewerage lines, overhead and underground electrical, overhead water tank, septic tank will be provide to the layout, Planting of trees on both sides of the roads, necessary CA area, park area will be provided to the layout. Entire work will be executed as per the BIAAPPA norms and specifications. Club house and swimming fool will be constructed. Security service will be provided at the main entrance.
Dimension and Booking
“Telecom Aero Park Residency” Provide sites in dimensions of 30’*40’, 30*50, 40*60, and 50*80 sizes. Cost of the site will be Rs. 689 (Rupees Six Hundred and Eighty Nine) only p/sq. ft., out of which 25% of the total cost have to be paid as down payment. The remaining balance amount has to be paid in ‘3’ (three) installments as and when demanded depending upon the development of the layout. Time required for the completion of layout will be about 15(Fifteen) months. Sites will be booked on the first come first serve basis. The members who are interested in booking of the site can make the payment in favor of “The President – BSNL Employees welfare House Building Co-operative society Ltd.” either by DD/Cheque or pay order payable at Bangalore.
Loan Facilty will be arranged from NATIONAL & PRIVATE SECTOR BANKS AFTER THE INITIAL PAYMENT
